Local Area Nets  

The following is a list of local nets that may be useful:

Central District Emergency net (CDEN) – 7 p.m. second Tuesday of every month, on the 147.000 (-) repeater (negative offset). CDEN services the six county areas of Cayuga, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego and Seneca counties. Net Manager - Doug Arvidson AK2Z   AK2Z@arrl.net

Fulton County ARES / RACES net meets on Tuesday at 7 pm on the 146.70 (-) PL 100Hz Net Manager, Don Gifford, WA2EZ wa2ez@yahoo.com

Onondaga County Radio Emergency net - meets on the first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30pm on 147.30(+) for both ARES and RACES members in the Onondaga County Radio Emergency Corp (OCREN). Net manager is Vivian Douglas - WA2PUU

Oneida County Traffic & Emergency net (OCTEN) meets daily at 9:30 pm on the 145.170 - minus offset. Net manager is Jack KA2ZNZ.

Oneida - Madison Emergency net (OMEN) - 7:15 p.m. 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the Month. 145.170 (– Net Manager - Doug Arvidson AK2Z   AK2Z@arrl.net

Otsego County ARES / RACES net - 7 p.m. every Thursday 146.850

Herkimer County ARES / RACES net - 7 p.m. Monday 145.110 – PL 167.9 DTMF, satellite repeaters - -147.090+ no PL, 147.045 – PL 167.9. Key in 325 to disable PL Tone on the 145.110 only.

Montgomery County ARES / RACES net - 7 p.m. Thursday 147.195+

NYS Phone Traffic & Emergency Net (NYSPTEN) - 6 p.m. on or about 3.925 MHz - Daily - Net Manager, Jeff Small, K2JMA k2jma@yahoo.com
